This will be my first year as a math/science coach for a K-5th grade elementary school. What are some things you would like your math/science coach to do to support you as a classroom educator? If you are an academic coach yourself, what tips can you offer to someone coming into this position?

Hello everyone, I am currently a HR Generalist for a small aerospace company, located in CA. I have been in a generalist role for a little over 4 years now and before that, I did recruiting/safety for about 3 years. I am now looking into getting my HR Certification, but am stuck in between the PHR-CA or the SHRM-CP. Does anyone have any recommendations they can give me?
I was laid off from a resource management role, working with employees approaching or on the bench, working with managers to staff projects, and support functions like report creation, scheduling, etc. Roles like this are few and many large consulting firms have frozen internal hiring. Do you think it would be beneficial to get a SHRM cert? Would that help get a "talent related" HR role? Worth the money? I have a background in recruitment as well.
Anyone looking for fill an entry level data analyst role, or have any leads? My friend is a great candidate with an engineering background. In addition he knows some python and SQL. DM Me please!

I was thinking of pivoting to an ESG related position. Does anyone here have experience working within this service line and/or have any advice/suggestions (I.e obtaining certain certs , etc.)? Not much info about ESG experiences within the big 4 online but it does seem interesting given the ambiguity around it. Thanks!
Since most companies, whether it be consulting or industry, are not hiring, do you still try networking when you are looking for a new job? Or is there no point to network if there is no hiring?
MBA or not? Considering getting an MBA but the $200k debt is preventing me from immediately saying yes. I have about 65K in student loans from undergrad and a non MBA masters. 260K in loans sounds bad
Starting the interview loop again for a PgM role in UX at Google. I received good feedback the first set of interviews I did for a previous role but I didn’t get to the hiring committee. I would like to increase my chances this time since there are multiple roles open across different teams. I’m really worried about the GCA round since this loop is different and I don’t have experience in UX. Does anyone have any resources that would be useful for me to leverage for this round?
This COVID debacle means BJP will either lose power or form government via a coalition. Congress will continue on their downward trend because they refuse to move on from the Gandhis. AAP will emerge as the true leader of opposition in the future. Discuss. [10 marks]
What is best practice when discussing engagements that I’ve worked on at an interview? Should I specifically name the company, or just talk about the industry and what I did on that audit?
Freelancer here. I typically charge by the hour. Picking up a side project that's a 360 campaign. Quick turnaround. How do you convert your hourly rate to a project rate?
I’ve finally woken up and realized that I missed out on love and having my own family in exchange for fighting my way out of poverty and “making it” to McK. Upon reflection it wasn’t worth it.
Hi interested if anyone has personal feedback/insight into "Baker Tilly (US)"? I have an opportunity lined up to interview with a Risk Advisory Partner for a lateral move (and faster promotion to Senior) and it seems their internal employee culture is good on paper. But I'm wanting to see if others have IRL experience with them? My main focuses that I'd like more info on are: Office/Team Culture, Client Management expectations, and Senior/Staff Support
Gibson Dunn: What are people’s thoughts on the quality of work, firm culture, diversity, and career opportunities?
Had a successful screen call for Deloitte strategy consulting, and the recruiter promised to schedule follow up interviews within 2-3 days. I followed up after waiting for a week and was promised a response from another recruiter. It’s been another 3 business days. I hope your consulting teams are not as bad as your recruiters..😑

Anyone else getting hit with crazy requests lately that are beyond absurdity with scheduling or budget (even both)? In the same week I have been asked to do a remote docu shoot with real people for under 10k, an animated spot for tv in two weeks without a descent budget for the ask and a photo shoot for under 15k where the talent usage is in perpetuity and it’s only Wednesday!!!
EY pension. Fully vested after 5 years service, right? But can we talk dollars and cents? Is it based on a % of salary similar to government gigs?

If I want to travel to my home country with my wife in June, can my wife get stamping done in home country after receiving the approval notice (say Sep) ? Also, how does biometrics work for H4-EAD in such cases ? TIA
