My current ctc is 18.5(16.8 fixed)

I have given my interview in HCL and cleared 1 TP, 1 hcl manager & Client TP and Client Manager rounds .
In initial screening HR told the generic statement of 30-40% and I have given my ask as 50% minimum. After clearing the rounds I heard from the project team that Client has given great feedback and wanted to take me in .
What is the % I can ask in HR Discussion and will they reject in HR if I ask more now .
I have 9.5 years total experience and role is Storage Architect.

Hey, I received a verbal offer from EY for a role as manager, which was quite a low ball offer. I had received another offer from a different firm and I informed EY HR about it. I was told yesterday that they have an updated offer for me, scheduled the call twice with me but didn't actually call and told me she got occupied in other meetings. I have not got a response from her yet on the mails, should I contact the hiring partner directly? other firm is asking me to update as well.

What is the advice on what feedback to leave for a peer who really sucks at everything y'all have worked together on? Hey guys I have offer from cisco system and checkpoint cyber security . Checkpoint is offering x+5 in base where as cisco is offering similar amount in joining bonus. Overall per year ctc is also differs by 3 lac (y+3) in checkpoint .

So considering recession and mass layoff which one will be right option to select in terms wlb, job security and future growth .

FYI : checkpoint is starting r&d division in India I will be first person to be hired for the same role.

What should be my salary according to market ? 🤔
