Hello Guys,
I joined Cognizant recently, the project interview calls which I am getting is not from my base location.
I have the location constraint, should I wait for the right opportunity or raise this concern to ADP team so they can look in to it?
As per ADP policy, one should not have any constraints and take the project as FCFS basis.

Usually bring my laptop to show work, though
You can never be over-prepared for a meeting/job interview.
Never have.
Done the big agency interview days where I met a dozen or so people and never brought a resume. Can usually talk/handwave that stuff pretty quickly.
I bring a computer and resume. I am an art creative though so it helps. The resume is a good thing because it’s your leave behind. That and a great business card
Nope to the laptop, I always assume if an agency flies me out to interview they have shared my work with everyone I’ll be meeting with, and if they haven’t bothered to look it’s a sign they don’t really want me (nor I them).
Always approach an interview, when either the -er or the -ee, as just as much the agency selling themselves as the candidate.
I haven’t gone over my work in an interview since I was a junior and my book was basically all there was to talk about and generally they were trying to give me guidance on it. As for a resume I’ve never talked about or looked at one in an interview. Interviews personality tests. Do we like this person? Is he motivated? Will we woke well together. Your book just proves you are capable of a certain level of work.
Ok. I’m not bringing a resume or my laptop. Thanks.
I always bring my laptop but I could be doing it all wrong.
Had interview with ECD for high level creative position and she hadn’t even bothered to look at my work, so I had a tablet to take her through it. But honestly, I could leave her office fast enough.
I hate getting resumes because I will just throw them away. If I’m interviewing you, I’ve already looked at your site or you wouldn’t be in the building.
Why not? Too heavy to carry?
@SVP1 has a good point. If someone who is interviewing you hasn’t bothered to review your work, it’s an omen of how much attention you can expect from them in the job.
I bring both laptop and resume just in case. It’s not about what you personally like. It’s for your interviewer and their preferences. I don’t whip either out until asked. But I’m prepared if they do.
Really... bring laptop huh? Anyone else bring their laptop?
Laptop to show work in case they want to see my presentation skills. Resume just because. I worked a bit to design it and at the least they have to throw it in the recycling bin and might think of me again
I bring my laptop just in case, but I only ever needed it one time, when there was a specific question about one piece of work and it helped to be able to reference it directly.
But also, I’m generally the type that brings my laptop with me pretty much everywhere.
I bring my laptop. They have gone through the work before, but it seems they always want to go through and talk about specific pieces, so it’s good to be prepared.
You’re an ACD and you’re asking this?
No
A always bring a tablet or laptop because I’ve been asked to walk through a project start to finish so they could see the way I think. When I interview ADs and Sr ADs I ask the same now. It’s a huge help in making a decision if I can work with someone
