16 days
10 PTO
6 Govt Holidays
5 sick days
Previous job was 15 PTO, 8 Govt Holidays, 5 sick days and 1 "birthday" day off
Job before that was 10 PTO, 6 Govt Holidays, 5 sick days. I was there almost 15 years though so I got up to 25 days off (15 and max of 10 could be rolled over each year) and 10 sick days.
120 hrs (5 years i think its 150 or 170)
Holidays and 2 weeks off for xmas
PTO/ Vacation is negotiable depending on the company and how many years of experience one may have. In my last 2 companies I have been able to negotiate 5 weeks vacation as I had that amount after working at a company for almost 18 years.
Recently changed to 30 days PTO. This in addition to 8 holidays. Prior to the change to 30 days, it was 3 weeks to begin with 8 holidays and 3 birthday personal days.
Wowwww! I am definitely not getting this much. How long have you been working at your company? I'm at 10 days PTO right now (with 8 holidays and 5 personal/sick days). But 2 weeks is really not enough PTO when you have a family.
10 Holidays
2 Personal Days
Sick as needed
20 vacation days
