Curious if anyone who works at Digitas Chicago knows if you’re going back to the office soon? I have an interview coming up but I’m currently based out of state. Is it looking like remote work is a possibility or would I be expected to relocate soon? I’m open to it, but not sure if I would be able to for a few months... but I also wouldn’t mind being permanently remote.

After the first round, I was quickly moved on to the written exercise but its now been a month since I submitted it and I haven’t received any update on my application despite following up with HR once. I have also decided to study for some entrance exam and need to set aside 4 hours daily (fixed time) so planning on switching again to a pune based company(Need to get this done by end of next month).

Interviewer asked in middle of the interview that Is your notice period negotiable.. In mid of the interview another manager joined over zoom and he was in hurry to join some meeting, asked 2-3 questions and then he left...in the end interviewer said that If he want to take another round with him else will go HR session ...is it a positive sign?

There is a ethical issue with the Nagarro interview process. Why don't Nagarro make the job interviews aligned to the same level of client interviews. Client interviews in Nagarro is tougher than job interviews. This way Nagarro is increasing the bench strength but then putting extra pressure on the candidates in to find a project. Keep the same standard of the interview for both job and client. This way both will be in a good state of mind.
