Curious if anyone who works at Digitas Chicago knows if you’re going back to the office soon? I have an interview coming up but I’m currently based out of state. Is it looking like remote work is a possibility or would I be expected to relocate soon? I’m open to it, but not sure if I would be able to for a few months... but I also wouldn’t mind being permanently remote.

If you go for interview and you sort of know that the person interviewing you might be curious about something on your negative on your resume like why is there a gap or why were you in XX role for so long?

Do you address it pre-emptively? Or does that show insecurity and you leave the elephant in the room and wait till they ask you?

I guess this is more in the case of networking than interview like do you make your own story?
