Curious to hear what others think about the Florida Bar's Economic Survey results, particularly in regards to the salaries. It seems as though the salaries reflected in the survey are substantially lower than what is typically talked about here as being "average." This is particularly frustrating when the people you're trying to negotiate a raise from rely on this thing like the bible.

Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary.
