Current fixed CTC: ~₹43LPA, ~10 yrs experience

1.Level — Cleared M3 interview but HR says external hires are capped at M2 and maximum salary they can offer is ~₹47L max. Is this policy standard and is ₹47L truly the M2 ceiling?
2.Location — Gurgaon was confirmed initially; now being offered Noida. With 2 days/week mandatory presence,can one be Noida-tagged but work out of Gurgaon?

I'm not good at my tech stack. I've somehow managed to perform all my tasks without any escalation/blunders but that also by some help/googling.
I also managed to switch from an Indian mnc to a reputed company and now also somehow cleared a FAANG interview,but i know I'm not much knowledgeable in my tech .

I often fail at some interviews badly.
Not sure till when I'll be able to carry forward by this and the hard wlb at FAANG companies is giving me a fear.

I'm a recent grad who accepted an entry-level full-time job offer with Capital One. I knew that MBB and other consulting firms rarely ever negotiate salary with new grads, so I didn't with Capital One as well. Was that a mistake? What were the likelihoods that they would have raised my salary? I had no other competing offers at the time

Currently in Interview process with EPAM Systems in Canada for Performance analyst role ( Performance testing / engineering ) and also Test Automation role. Others say I can afford 600k houses but that seems irresponsible and ridiculous.
