PWC - 22L fixed

This is for a guidewire role.
Which is a better offer? What would be a good option for growth wrt role, salary etc.
Also, PWC claims to offer variable based on their fixed CTC based on the ratings.. is this true ? How much is the avg percentage given?

Does anyone here work for Fidelity? How did you tell your manager you’re pregnant? Did it affect pay/promos? And then, subsequently, how did you start letting colleagues know you’re pregnant? Feels awkward to just randomly drop the news in a meeting! I work remotely so it’s hard to tell by video :) I’m 21 weeks and feel like I’ve waited as long as I can to at least notify my manager. I was waiting to negotiate my salary for next year but per company trend that doesn’t get set until January (manager reviews are written in Dec).

Has anyone been successful in negotiating the schedule on a global pregnancy bill? My provider won't bill by visit and split the global cost into four payments all due by the 28th week. I don't understand how that's legal since it is so off the calendar of services and crosses calendar years (and insurance coverage), where most costs are incurred at the end of pregnancy with increased visit frequency and delivery.

We were not trying to conceive. And I was drinking alcohol like twice a week.

Has anyone had a nurse state the assumed sex at 12 week ultrasound? The nurse is fairly sure it's a boy, and I'm wondering how accurate her guess is based on a close look of the genitals. Confirmation won't happen until 20 week appt, too far away!
