Currently a SA in Analytics making 110. Will probably be promoted to manager this year with a raise up to 120-125. Is it a wise move to go into a strategy role at another Big 4 giving 160 but as a SA?

What’s a good starting salary for a newer attorney? I’ve never worked anywhere but in the public sector (even before becoming an attorney). Whenever I got promoted to digital ACD a few years ago, I noticed my pay was much lower than I expected for the market I’m in, hard to find skillsets, performance, and visibility I’ve brought to the agency.
