Waddle or Theilen?
Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.

My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.

Bain & Company Hello, I received an offer as a Senior Practice Manager at Bain. The profit sharing range is 0-12% in the offer letter. Is it typical to receive the midpoint (6%)? Also, what do the annual salary increases typically look like? Any insights are much appreciated. Bain & Company Boston Consulting Group McKinsey & Company
McKinsey & Company Hi everyone. Hope all is well.
Recently took the McKinsey & Company game (not sure if I have an interview yet but preparing nonetheless). It’s an entry level business analyst position and an entry level digital position and was wondering if anyone wanted to case prep with me. I’m willing to work on anyones time zone. (I’m located in Sydney, Australia).
BCG final round interview in a week. Any tips on what to expect in a partner level conversation?
- how is it different than the round 1 experience?
- how important is the casing component? I'm doing pretty well, but not perfect. Friends have been eating me 8/10, with the need to improve structure and be more top down in my communication. I'm wondering what I can do to improve that in a week and if that will be a deal breaker on interview day?

Unfortunately, getting into MBB from Vandy will be a very very uphill battle as it is not one of the target recruiting schools. Is it possible? Maybe. But very unlikely. I don’t want to rain on your parade, but just want to paint the reality before you enroll in the program. If your goal for getting an MBA is to go MBB, you’ll need to land at a T-15 school. If you don’t care about MBB (which is totally fine, people make too big of a deal about it), then just make sure the type of recruiting opportunities you do want (industries, companies) are available at the school.
I see a lot of people go for an MBA without fully exploring the actual receiving opportunities. I don’t personally care about the prestige as much as some on this app. I think just about any MBA program can be valuable to someone depending on their goals for getting into it. BUT, you need to do your research to make sure you’ll get the career opp you want at the program you go to.
