Alvarez & Marsal Currently at a boutique healthcare consulting firm but extended an offer at Alvarez & Marsal (healthcare service area) for less in total comp. I’m still considering it because A&M is higher in prestige, has more variety in their work, and better compensation growth compared to my current firm. Anyone know about the firm’s WLB and if I should trade ship with how the economy is right now? Open to any thoughts/suggestions to help w my decision.

He took resume to HR actual and said I’d hear from them. Haven’t heard anything week or so later.

Finally started to get some help for it through medication, however the first 3 meds my PCP prescribed me (ssris) didn’t work. Because I haven’t deal with the anxiety it’s gotten really bad. Do I go to a pyscitatrist whose trained more in pharma or start with therapist. Have done therapy in past without much help.
