Currently in EP and been with the firm for one year and I have an offer to join an industry role doing the same architect/development work (think Oracle/SAP) I’ve been doing for 25% salary increase + remote. Main things holding me back are that I enjoyed the 2 projects/roles I’ve been on so far+people I’ve worked with, and this current project is going well too - any advice on whether it’s worth to hop after such a short period of time and/or if im being stupid not leaving?

I am looking to change my career from agency to product marketing or management. Are there any tips or anyone I can talk to consider making this transition? Thanks!

Hi all- My SO is currently at a Big4 & was initially preparing for S&O roles at GCP but given the high number of ex MBB consultants hired, they believe its just more competition to get the offer & to eventually get promoted over time.

Instead, they have decided to pursue program manager or cloud consultant roles, which they feel might have a lower barrier to entry from an assessment standpoint. Not sure if the bowl agrees but would like to get your thoughts, thanks!
