Currently making $170k base as M2 in Accenture and have an offer for $167k with $25k sign-on bonus, $15k stock option, pension and yearly bonus of up to $15k from a life science company. Should I take it as I am burn out from Consulting. I know it is not really a jump in a base comp, but 55+ hour week grind is too much and no wlb in Accenture. What do you guys think?
