I only bring in a little over $2,600 a month. After paying all my expenses, I get to put away $500 a month in savings but don’t have much wiggle room for anything else, including going out money.

Hi-I have 120K in cash in HYSA. After keeping emergency fund aside. Still have 75-80K available that I plan to invest. After 401k, HSA, IRA and monthly expenses: we are left with 6K every month. So investing 12K every month in market. My worry is with that rate - it will take us 12-14 months to move the extra 75-80K mentioned above. However do not want to make a bulk move. Need help. I have $13k saved for my kids age 6, 9, 10 in just a high interest savings account which actually decreased to only .50APY. Looking to move it or do something with it to help it grow more than a few bucks a year. What are my options? Not sure if they'll go college route or where life leads them.
