The only problem I see is that no S&G firms care about the technical certs. Doubly so for pay... you may need to move over to Tech Enablement or a group with a more technical focus like IAM.
One of the many reasons I moved out of the Big4. They're accounting, audit, and assurance firms that dabble in tech and cyber.
If you have certs but no experience - you are paid correctly. You are making 100k because you have potential. At this point - you don't need more certs - you need to start building stuff in Cloud. Here is what you should do 1) build your current business environment in your own test environment using the console, 2) then do the same thing via the command line / bash / scripting and then 3) do the same thing with Terraform. After you do that - figure out how to secure things / figure out how to hack it and repeat. Then after you do that -go look for another job

I don’t know the aws cert family. However, I’d you have all the aws cloud cheers including security then you are maliciously underpaid. That is if you actually know the material. If this was Azure I’d refer you to EY and you’d come or at 130-170 depending on how technical you are.
Note to your problem, marketing yourself. You just listed a lot of PM trash certs that us hiring managers look at as a security professional on paper. Sell yourself as a project manager or security pro, not both or you land in a pm role.
How this helps
