Hi Everyone !!!
This June I completed my 9 months at Career Level 12 and Sub Level 3 I.e, CL 12.3 at Accenture Operations. My Annual Talent Discussion and One-on-One with People Lead is complete as of last week.
I have 3 questions now :
1. When can I expect to move to 12.2 ?
2. What is the general hike I can expect ? And when it is reflected ?
3. When will be the variable pay will be paid out ?
Can anyone here help me with this performance cycle part ? I am really confused.

Hey guys. I have been applying to Amex for the past 1 year. Tried applying on the portal, through referrals and even hr consultants reached me regarding the roles since I have a relevant profile. But not once have I been shortlisted or called for an interview. What could be the problem?
PS: I have gotten calls from every other company for the same profile but not amex. Can't be a problem with the profile. Seems something dicey which I'm not aware of.American Express

Plan on taking CISA within a year.
Just do the official question bank and understand the questions. Took me 3 months (after work hours) my first staff year
How many YOE do you have? Less than 2 years then I would say 65-85k also depends on the area. Additionally, I would look at IT Auditor or IT Risk and Compliance roles. You may also look at smaller regional firms. Happy to help
Yeah really hard not to be discouraged. It’s brutal out here but thank you!
I’ll say look at GRC roles, assurance and security risk roles. Essentially the same work plus you getting more experience in some technical areas to add more value to your skillset. Salaries around like $100k-130k based on your experience
