Hey Folks. I hope I am posting in the right space about this. Anyone knows the updated(2022) compensation range for QA Automation Engineers with 2 years experience?
A general range at Glassdoor has an average base pay at 110K/year shorturl.at/dhuIZ and I am looking for more sources. Cheers

Why are you coming back
Welcome to Canada!! Underpaid but hey...we have healthcare (delayed) and water on tap!!
Sorry for the typos. I am just really upset about the whole situation.
This is normal/ on the higher end actually.
No the country is fine relative to the world. It just doesn’t care much for non-Canadian experience. I doubt an average Manager in a Telco gets pay much higher than 150k + bonus in Europe/UK.
Generalist consulting profile is also a lot less appealing since the birth of AI + recent layoffs
Can confirm, don't care US or UK experience. Best experience is if you are from direct local competitor and there are plenty of people who want to jump.
Senior Manager isn't very senior though, no? How senior can a Sr Manager role be with 8 years of experience? That's a pretty good offer
And that is why you don’t deserve a high pay, in the real non consulting world 8 years of experience is nothing. I’m a director and I have 11 years experience, everyone else has 20+
Yup this is pretty normal. Unless you have experience to work as a director
What other G7 country? Kinda weird to talk like that. Is it the US where you’d earn more or UK where less… etc
Why is this weird? Also you earn more in both the US and the UK
