Currently unhappy at a firm I joined 5 months ago and in the final rounds of an interview for a firm i like. I applied with the most recent firm omitted from my resume since it’s been short and I have yet to bring it up in interviews. Will I have to disclose that info at some point or only if they ask? If I get an offer, should I tell them or does it not really matter? I’m under the impression it’ll probably show up on my background check though.

Does anyone know typically how many rounds there are for hedge funds interviews and how soon after interviews I’ll hear back about next steps?

I jad an interview on 2nd August, 2022 and on 17th August, 2022. I received an email stating that interviewer is moving up your profile and contact a person email id for further information.
Since that day I haven't heard anything from the HR. I had called HR several times but no response from calls as well as mails too.

There is an opportunity that I’m currently interviewing for that is very interesting to me. I’m interviewing two other places but I’m not responding to LinkedIn emails for other positions. The other positions don’t interest me as much. On one hand I don’t want to waste time prepping for all positions and rather put that time only for the ones that I have going on, on the other hand I feel like what is that falls through.
