KPMG. Easy choice
Accenture has better exist ops but you will be abused. KPMG has better work-life balance.
ACN , given that you ignored A1, A2, D1 questions and just said thanks. That is what we do here at ACN.
From people standpoint, I don't think you could wrong either way. Genuine and good people for the most part. But you will probably be treated better at KPMG as ACN is such a big company, one might feel lost and not supported at times.
I'm for ACN all the way. At manager level it is easy to be proactive and find a way to carve your own path and be successful. Work life balance is good, and really flexible.
Flip a coin. You can't go right with either firms
Pick the one you want to work for and if that's the lower offer, ask them to match the additional $5K!! Negotiate.
What group?
KPMG sounds better for the people, Accenture sounds better for the brand. They will both fail to meet your perfect expectations (but could still be fine!) :)

Few people from acn strategy on my team suck
how much is your offer? Also, you're going from consultant to manager?
I said I'm at the manager level - I didn't want to provide more information that may influence responses.
Whoever pays more. It's all BS.
Where are you coming from?
What level? Mind sharing your success story?
Thanks!! Manager level
What do you mean A3? Can you elaborate?
What company?
Follow the $. Always.
