Currently working at HashedIn by Deloitte (SE2 role) with 5+ YOE. My current pay is 11 LPA, which feels low for my experience level. My time here has been rocky—spent most of it on the bench or in projects that ramped down quickly.
I just got an offer from Infosys for a Consultant role with a 64% hike.
Pros: Much better pay, more stability.
Cons: Leaving a firm in 6 months, switching from "SE" title to "Consultant."
Is the hike worth the short stint on my resume?
