So, do I need to show all the investment proofs that I declared here as it's only been 5 months in the fiscal year and PPF of 1 lac would make the 5 month salary (5 lacs) non-taxable, right? Reorgs are just a part of the corporate world. If you haven’t been a part of one in your career yet, then you most likely haven’t been in the corporate workforce for very long. If you have been a part of a reorg, however, how do you personally approach it? There are many factors at play, but in general do you try to establish relationships with the individuals you know will be key contributors and/or decision makers going forward? Or do you lay low and let what ever happens be/hope for the best?

I just got a job with Delta airlines and I had an accomodation request to work remotely as I am Immunocompromised. I provided all the neccesary documents to back up my request and letters and documents from my Dr. aswell. My request was denied because the team said they wanted me to have face time and one on one interactions with people from other team (which defeats the purpose of my request) because I have to limit those interactions to reduce the risk of infection.
