Just completed the PDM round for Sr. Manager position today. I feel that the interview went great.It was a crisp 40 mins discussion ..
Towards the end of the discussion, he asked me to screen share and put my thoughts on a few areas of Change Mgmt on slides. 5 mins into the presentation and he ended the conversation saying that 'I am good for now' and 'it was a great conversation with you'.
What should I make out of it ?? Any similar experiences? Is it a Yes or a NO?

I’ve heard it’s difficult to get into Private Equity after earning an MBA, is this true? If I work as an MBB consultant for a few years on primarily PE casework after getting an MBA, what would my exit opportunities look like if PE is not an option? Would all my work with PE cases just be wasted?

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. I have a whole bunch of certifications in my industry…but just no formal degree. (cont'd)

I’m interviewing with a startup and the range has a 40k difference from the lowest to highest point. It’s also pre-seed and comes with equity, and health, 401k benefits. It’s a director of sales role so I would eventually be recruiting and managing a team along with building the processes and strategy. What would you consider a fair compensation package? If they offer me something on the lower end of the range, is it still appropriate to counter with an offer that is over their stated range?

I have two questions :
1) What is the maximum CTC i can negotiate for band 7B ?
2) How is SAP Successfactor practice in IBM ? Are there any good projects?

What is the max package we can ask for band 8, informatica background? Have 1 yr exp on snowflake cloud as well. Total exp 12.
