UBS If I had to move within the company to a different location , how does it work? For example if I move from low cost of living area to high cost of living area does the company re-evaluate the base salary within USA? Or do they come back and mention its your family requirement since your partner is located and you are moving ?Suggestions or experiences any !

If this makes you guys feel any better, PwC had 💩 raises this year too. Got promoted to manager and got a 4% raise. Living quite the life here, now I can afford an extra gallon of milk every week, thanks to my awesome raise 🙌🏽
It is absolutely ASTOUNDING that some people don't know when the information is released. It is all over DNet, on like 8 emails we've received about it, and all over FB.
@D14 Yeah seems like they're more likely to do salary "resets" promo years rather than evening out salary differences due to starting salary on a yearly basis. I feel like the lesson I've learned over these years is that it's only potentially worth pushing for 1/2 ratings in promo years and you might as well coast the other years since the marginal increase in salary/bonus isn't worth the additional required time/effort
@djaz12 it's a thinly veiled attempt to wrangle a few extra months of work from people who would otherwise get their promo/raise/bonus and peace out immediately (as promo/raise/bonus is basically the point at which you have the most edge vs actual experience in job hunting)
@D28 good luck laying off 70% of the firm. I'm curious how RPM is going to work out this year -- will it get rid of the "you get a 3 on your PE since you're not up for promo this year" shitfest?
@D27 lol I got a 10.6 for a promo year and 8.9 for non promo year. So 1.7% "incentive"?
People who have the intention to move/consider moving, please do so. I cant due to legal problems but if I can, trust me I will. We have to let big D know how shitty they have paid us. All my friends at other firms, doing the same exact work as me, make more than me every year.
Well, let's be fair people, I'm sure all of DC leadership took a small raise for themselves.
First year C. Rating 3. Hike 3.7
Don't they also depend on service line?
C to SC 7.5% with a 3 rating
Probably an HR intern 😜
Looks like the revised Salary is not displayed anymore:)
1st year C / S&O / 2 rated --> 4.6% bump
Seems like it was fixed. I see my old/current salary.
0%...cool.
Any other Deloitte Advisory Tech Risk people who are happy with what they got??
@D67: nope, not me? Do we have one that is happy? Although, the 1k bonus makes it less worse
I'd take the 1k bonus as another 1% on my salary tbh...
Mine is old salary. I'm in Advisory. :(
No change
Yeah it's too late
