He’s leaning transactional, but also open to litigation. Any insights/advice on these firms in the TX market? Any to avoid?

I applied for a job at Visa and was contacted the same day. A few days later I had a 30-minute screening interview with the hiring manager. I knew I was very early in the process since the job had only been posted for a few days. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard back, even after reaching out to the recruiter. Have I been ghosted or is there still hope? Does anyone at Visa have insights? Looks like there are a ton of jobs posted so maybe they are just backed up?

Visa friends! Had an interview in London, got the verbal, and am doing the visa dance. Started the process 2 weeks ago with HR and now they've ghosted me since then, though they said I have stuff to fill out ASAP. Normal? And am I too American pushy if I reach out to the hiring manager (and my future team) for an update instead?

Question on UK visa-
My partner will be traveling often to London, once a month for an year starting September. He is getting his visa through work (10 years, multiple entry, 6 months max stay, cost some $1000).

I have applied for standard tourist visa in the past and they are usually short term. It could be max 6 months, but they see your itinerary and allocate you few months around the itinerary

Is there a way to get 6 months multiple entry visa, if I were to join him once in a while.

If I have a valid H1B until May 2025, will the i131 being denied have any impact on me? I need to travel out of country and I know that’ll result in i131 being denied automatically.
