I am Offered 29.5fixed by PwC for SA (L2). Currently on 25fixed. Should I join ? In terms of WLB.! My current employer on fishbowl shows Deloitte but have left Deloitte a year back. Currently in a firm with good WLB but PWFH is a big win for me that PwC is offering.

Because he/she is smart!
@EY1 no idea what that is since we don’t have weird levels like that.
C range is 80-115kish
SC range is 100 -165k (higher end are MBA campus hires)
What he’s saying is we have an extra level at Deloitte. At EY, you join fresh from undergrad as a C. At Deloitte, you’ll come in at an Analyst, and after 2 years get promoted to C.
If you’re currently a SC at EY, it’s likely that you’ll be brought in at the C level at Deloitte Consulting.
Deloitte Advisory on the other hand is similar to the other Big 4 firms in that they start their college hires at the C level. This practice specialized in risk consulting instead of traditional management consulting. A SC in Advisory will make give or take similar pay as a C in Consulting.
Why are u leaving EY?
FYI we usually bring folks in a level lower than where they are now
So if I am a S6, u will bring me in as a Staff? Or S5?
Was offered C at 110k last year. 2.5 years relevant exp
Deloitte 1, so if I am a Senior at EY, 7 years SAP exp, can I apply to Deloitte for SC? I am at 106,000 now and am expecting to ask for a 25% raise ie 132,500.
@EY1 sure you can ask. That number is in the SC comp range
If you’re in the upper end of SC at EY, you can certainly give SC at Deloitte a shot. I left KPMG as a SA, have about 6 years of total experience and was able to get SC at Deloitte S&O.
EY2. D S&O here. I am looking to move to EY. Smarter ones would either stay or move to EY. Harder to get promoted in D S&O compared to EY as your competition is less severe while EY is growing faster 😏
