I am required to travel to Canada anyway for my PR stamping and I am trying to figure out if I can get my H1B stamped around the same time while I am in Canada for my PR, since it is extremely difficult to get appointments in India these days? Does anyone regret joining a boutique consulting firm? I signed with a startup out of college (spring 2020) whose founding partners were all partners/Sr leaders at a few T2s. What would u do? 3 YOE HCOL city and I have 2 potential options:
1) move to a boutique healthcare strategy consulting firm in a similar role as I have now (client facing consulting role).. 120-130 base + 20% bonus
2) a product specialist role at Meta (FB). This told role product management, it’s analytics heavy. $107k base, 10% bonus, $30K stock.

At the end of the day, TC for both is similar. As far as exit opportunities I’m not sure what is better, so looking to get other people’s opinions.
