Got a verbal offer for IBM corporate strategy post MBA role .. any insights on TC?

How much do you think a customer marketing associate at Velocity Global makes? I applied to their posting but no salary insights to be found for this position.

Interviewed with a tech company and did the take home test. The interviewer said and I quote "you did phenomenal in testing, however, we decided to pause this position for the time being." That seems to be a trend. How do I identify these problems within the interview process and keep from wasting my time? It is frustrating, to say the least.

I am looking for advice. I am currently the top performing member of my team, and have been since it’s inception. I have been promoted 2 times in the last year without applying for a position.
I recently applied for another position and was told my geographic location was not ideal. They hired someone who has no experience and is willing to move. I love my company but am wondering…when do you know it is time to move on?

1) Had a really bad experience working at this company, not because of the company but because of the senior engineer and their behavior. It was a good position, although it wasnt exactly what the JD entailed. A lot was gatekept by the senior as leverage forabuse of power. We wouldn’t be a part of projects and participate unless we participated in the horrible remarks about other coworker made by the senior. I was also harassed and extremely discriminated against, HR was not able to do anything-

I am currently a PwC senior associate working in IFS (L&D) and am interviewing for a senior advisory learning services role at KPMG. If I were offered the job, I assume there would be a significant pay increase due to moving from an internal role to a client facing one. But what are the other pros/cons of jumping firms/moving from one LoS to another?

Is it worth exploring contract to hire position at Walmart while I am currently a FTE at a product company (average salary and decent workload)? I told them unless they confirm that they would hire after 3-4 months, I wouldn't be comfortable. Any suggestions on how to approach this ? I am not in a hurry to look outside, just waiting for the right opportunity and btw, I cleared virtual onsite interviews at google and right now in team match phase (with no update in last 3 weeks).

I am the General Manager at an Allstate agency in north Texas. I sell about half the day. The other half is training, interviewing, and other managerial duties. The owner is rarely in the office and very hands off. I step in for service when needed. Anyone in the same role willing to share your salary/pay structure? Just switched from counting calories to trying to maintain a calorie deficit by just mental estimates. Clearly government control is not the way to go, but there are also clearly some major problems with a system that requires endless growth and prioritizes capital accumulation as an end in itself.
