What’s the name typical salary for an Epic Professional Billing/Claims Team Lead? My healthcare company is going live with Epic in July 2022 and I was selected to be on the project team almost two years . No one one the project team has been informed of their future role within the Epic team. I’ve received multiple offers from other healthcare companies and recruiters for analyst positions that are $120k+.

So I recently interviewed for an associate PM role with my current company. I’ve been a store manager with them for 11 years. During the interviews, I felt like things were growing great and the feedback I got at the end was great. You’d think given my time knowing the product/ company for so long, that I’d be a great fit but I got rejected and haven’t gotten feedback probably will get ghosted. I am a ReactJS developer (frontend) with 3.8 years of experience. I currently switched my company but they don't have an opening for ReactJS and kept me on a bench for 3 months and they are telling me now to learn AEM technology and work on the AEM project for now.
They hired me for a package of 16 LPA.
So my questions are is it a good technology to learn? Should I say yes and have a career in it?
Will I get the same package like ReactJS or less? What is future if compared with React?

I grew up in a nuclear family away from extended relatives who were never really close. Parents were either emotionally unavailable or distant. All I've wanted for myself was a big loving family to call my own.. my parents are unaccepting of my sexuality & my partners family is also quite fucked up so she's isn't super close to them either. Hi guys currently I'm working in a project with very stringent timelines. Sometimes we need to put more than 13-14 hrs each day. There are 4 members in my team. Two are involved in database prt and me and my lead are involved in the front end and middle layer prt. Somehow my lead is not at all pleased with my work. I was going to be preparing myself for an interview for a T2 firm. I have about 7 months to prepare for the interview but am overwhelmed by a lot of conflicting advice on how to prepare. I am generally not the best interviewer but am confident of being a good fit for consulting.

I am signing an offer this week at a different consulting firm, but want to stick it out through my project at my current firm over the next month. (Actually really enjoy the project just think the other firm is a better fit).

Am I obligated (morally or otherwise) to tell my firm that I’ve signed another offer? Or is it ok to stay on and work?

(Don’t have to start at the new firm for another month after that).

What is the partner process like at McK and BCG? Do they still get equity and pension like PwC? I am thinking about switching but it seems harder. I am just a Senior Associate.
