Hi Fishes
I have an interview scheduled with Accenture India Strategy for the manager position in there Supply Chain & Operations practice.
Any ideas on what kind of questions I should expect?
Case study?
Guesstimate?
Scenario based questions?
Any inputs would be really helpful.
Thanks in advance!

BCG folks, are y’all still in a hiring surge?
Year over year increases are like 2 % on average, make sure you start as high as possible.

IBM5 thank you
Do you have an idea what band level you’d be coming in as? Assuming 8/9?

IBM3 thanks
TC is usually competitive with consulting base, which also tends to be right around average post-MBA TC. I don’t know how that has translated given the recent MBB increases

Yeah I have other offers too
I want a nice wlb and not sure Armonk is worthy of a move

Likely 160-190k. Assuming no experience in strategy prior to MBA. Where did you go to school?
Yale?

Screw it im a couple years out of daye but dont see the “typical” posters.
This is likely a band 7 (or 7b for mbas) offer. Id estimate 160k base with very minimal bonuses- think 165 TC. Slightly better WLB than external consulting. Ibm is generally competitive with big 4 post mba base. Even T2 base is close - I got a 7k base increase when leaving for S& for instance.
Raises will be 2-3% outside of promotion like the other ibmer mentioned.
I don't think you will get $160k as a b7 in IBM consulting. Maybe $140 if you are very lucky. I don't see IBM appreciating the MBA as much.

Following.
I’m outdated on my views of this team but 2-3 ibmers on this forum speak very highly. Hopefully they will turn up

They gave you a verbal offer but didn't tell you TC? Or you didn't ask?
