Did anyone go from TN to green card? How difficult/tricky it is to go from non-intent to immigration visa?

I have got Australia 482 Visa sponsorship for Sony through Inch Technologies Inc.
Does this company really process my Visa.
They did not asked me any money for processing visa.
However they are taking time to process the same.
Not sure if this is true company or fake
