Did anyone had this experience with @UnitedHealth Group recruitment? I had applied to "Client Service Manager - Remote" role at Optum Health Services. I was sent to do Modern Hire Video interview, I did the initial interview. After my job status was change to "Application Reviewed; Interview to be scheduled." Two days later, I have got a rejection email and my job status changed to "No Longer Under Consideration." I haven't had any interview in between nor have I spoken to the recruiter.

I am done with the multiple rounds of technical interviews in PWC AC and HR confirmed that the feedback is positive and they are working on next process.
Its been one week I haven't received any communication on that. When I called HR, she told that background check team will reach out to me over email or call in some days.

Currently working on a three person team in a larger GC group. I lateraled from a different group that did not pay attorneys on an attorney scale. I’m stuck in my old pay scale but have gotten promotions and raises quickly with more on the horizon. A recruiter reached out with a new role for 2-2.5x more than I currently make doing something similar. I love my company and the people I work with but the money isn’t there. Is it worth trying to get a counter to stay if I get the bigger offer?
