Here is the scenario: Have 2 offers from IT MNCs and 1 from Citi. Citi's offer is the highest. Almost 5 lakhs diff in the fixed component. Although money is important, but I am also seeking a little balance with life. I was previously in ZS Associates and to be frank, life was hell. I am not looking to relive that phase again.
What are the daily actual working hours?
Shall I join Citi or let go it for a lower package offer?
Seeking honest advice here.

Capgemini did not layoff any employee. I was in a different company during 2020&2021, but if my information is correct, Capgemini even paid ₹10k extra to employees as a bonus or something. Please check this once, though, it was in the news but an employee would be able to inform better.
I have been in CapG for about 6 months, and they have a good culture and good WLB. WLB obviously depends on project basis, but overall the culture is to not overwork employees.

I dont think there is any impact in the locations. I am working on a project where the whole team is in Mumbai besides 2 people, including me, who are working from different locations!
So the location does not matter.
Just be chilled out about Capgemini. Dont do anything illegal/rash, and you should be fine

They don't but don't stay much time on bench . Atleast they don't do like Cognizant Accenture.
