Dilemma: have two pretty great offers at reputable firms. (1) is 125K with 175 hour requirement. (2) is 150 hours 115K with great bonus structure based on additional hours worked on an objective standard. Both have great benefits and now I don’t know what to do. All guidance would be much appreciated

How much would you make if you worked 175 at the firm with the lower requirement?

I'd take the lowest hours given the not huge pay difference, especially if you could make most of the pay difference up by working the same hours.

Yeah financially and benefits wise. My only concern is the lack of diversity at the firm. Three male partners, 1 female associate. Although I’m male, I worked for the “boys club” before in criminal and I guess I’m concerned it could turn out similarly. It wasn’t a good experience and very toxic place to work. But the bonuses are objective based and if they’re even thinking that way it means they know the problems the subjective route goes.

That differential equates to $33.33 per hour on the year—at that rate I would rather work less for only $10k less. Assuming everything else is equal.
Be sure to look into what qualifies as billable and whether and when partners can reduce your billable credit for hours worked when you are making these comparisons.
