Hey folks, I just want to know how to identify by seeing an offer letter of TCS, is it a C2H or Parament position ?

Just how bad would it be to quit without a two week notice? I’ve been bait & switched into a horrible role, overworked to the point of having medical problems, and no amount of diplomatic talks with my manager has improved the day to day. I received an offer for 80k to work as a desktop engineer for TCS at one of their client’s locations. However, I have seen poor reviews for working at TCS and I’d like to get some feedback from anyone currently or had previously worked for that company. What is the environment like and has anyone been in a situation where the contract with TCS and the client ended and had trouble with TCS finding them a new role at the same pay?

Anyone else feel discourage ? I thought my interview went amazing and today I received the standard email rejection. I don’t know how many times I’ve seen those emails but this one hurt more than the others. I sat in my car and just cried. Hiding from my family, so they wouldn’t feel bad with me. Picked myself up, gave a few encouraging words to myself in the mirror and put my fake face on for my family. Can anyone else relate ?

Promoted to Manager from Senior Consultant 2 in Business Consulting Risk Advisory. Current package is INR 17.5 L fixed with 7.5 years of total work experience. Bonus received is 25%.
