If you are a registered client associate (FAs assistant) how much do you make (breakdown salary & comp), how many YOE and where are you located?

Thoughts on “special” salary grades. I just found out the VP I was offered is not a grade 12 like most comparable roles (verified). Also not an 11, but an 11A. Slightly higher than an 11, a good bit lower than a 12. All due to the fact that it’s a leap from my current position. Why should that matter…..shouldn’t it pay what it should pay if I am selected, rather that curving down towards my current rate?

Started talking to this guy through group a group telegram and one day he offered to pay for my lunch as I had helped him out with something. How do I figure out spending with my SO? Initially I was paying for 90% of stuff (no actual bills, just going out). I talked to her and said we need to be more even. She was never proactive. I passed out in 2020. Studied a little full stack. While doing that for 1 yr and applying interviews. I finally landed as devops tarine with 1yr bond.the ctc is 1.2 lakh per yr. its been few months. Not sure what's going on in the name of BGV these days.
I mean companies ask for payslips, relieving letter and docs before rolling out the offer.
After that also, they are checking addresses ,calling references, sometimes asking again for documents, sometimes even bank statement.
Seriously I don't believe that a professional would be required to do this much anywhere outside India.
Gives me a really weird feeling.

Hi folks, has anyone paid any company to file H1B for them? I got a call from a company called Cyber Chasse. Post an initial screening call, if selected we have to pay 708 usd (non-refundable) for H1B registration. Once we get the visa, processing fee of 5500 + 18% GST USD.

Is this legit? Or the chances are so low that I should not go for it?
