Please be more clear. What kind of experience to you have exactly?
I know people with 2YOE working at 50LPA, and I also know some with 8LPA.
YOE is not a good way to estimate package. What you did in those years counts.

I have the exact same experience and similar skills and my first offer was 9 LPA as well. I kept giving interviews, received 5 offers and the highest I got is 18 LPA. There are a bunch of other companies that offer way above this. So keep trying, you will never know your limits unless you push yourself to them :)

There is no such parameters of negotiation. Ask for more and then work harder to deliver to justify your paycheck.
you can get upto 12 with 2 years experience in hot startup. if you are really good in DS, algo and applied in google, apple etc can get upto 20 in india.
Can you please guide me on how to negotiate? Even I'm 2 years experienced with same tech stack and currently serving notice period with one offer letter (5.5Lpa). What companies are you applying to ? Even though my interview went exceptionally good, the company is not agreeing to go beyond 45% hike.

Tcs, Wipro, fis, UST, citius tech, ibm, Accenture (most easily)
8 hi lowest for 2 years.. deny offers if paying less than 7.5 - 8..
Just know that if you're going to have a higher package than the average candidate at your YOE , then be prepared to work extra hard , as no company will give you extra money without extracting that value.
With that being said at 2 YOE you can expect easily 100% hike on your current CTC if it's below 7LPA in the Great Attrition wave that's ongoing these days.
