Do employers judge you if there's a gap of time between when you graduated college and when you started your first role relating to your degree? I graduated in 2019, but worked in retail up until 2022. Im still at the job i started in 2022.

We’re using our downtime to redecorate/renovate our home to change it up during quarantine. Any apps to help with the planning and measurement, etc? We’re using Pinterest and Instagram to gather ideas.

My bf was just asked to go back to the office (not an essential worker). We’re on the west coast so still have COVID cases. Are there workplace protections that he can use if he says he’s not comfortable with it yet? We live together and are both uncomfortable with the idea, but don’t want to risk him getting fired or experiencing backlash at work. He’s been working from home for 9 weeks already.

Home office preference question. I am getting ready to redo the layout of my home office. One option I'm considering would have my desk facing a wall. I am wondering if anyone with this current setup has any feedback about it. I would face the wall so that I would have a better background for video conferences (am on about half the day) and also my cord situation would be cleaner.
