I keep getting recruiters asking to apply for new roles, which is what I thought I wanted because I’m not growing at my agency. But I’m so fatigued I don’t even know if I want to stay in advertising. Have y’all left or took a break to do something different? What did you do?

But because of my Sales Experience my profile is not getting shortlisted.

Any book recommendations on change management?

I'm 6 months old at D! Planning early promotion next year.. counselor and pm both are backing me.. I need to go to India for at least 4 weeks in Dec ... most probably would be rolling off from current project by then .. would this vacation hurt my promotion chances coz of utilization etc?

I have been thinking about going into UX/UI Design and I wanted to know is it women of color work in this field (if so I would love to connect and learn how to navigate) or is it a male dominated field? Is it worth it to me to transition into this role? How competitive is the industry?

If I get laid off, I have a previous colleague that started a cybersecurity company. I would love to get involved on the business side of it. Been with Big Four advisory (GRC) for 10 years. Really tired of meaningless “consulting” and commoditized implementations. Recently been through a rough job search and finally landed an offer with a mid size bank in their risk practice. People say that the culture there is quite political and bitter but I’ll learn a heck lot and get a new opening on my resume. Salary is the same.
