Do I get the same MQD and miles if I fly a Jetblue ticketed flight (Mint class) using my AA number vs flying a AA ticketed flight operated by Jetblue? For some reasons I see 2 seats on Jetblue but it says sold out on AA site.

I’m currently at a hospitality design firm in the DC area and while i love working on cool hotel projects, the work culture is toxic. Coworkers all gossip about each other, coworkers pass off blame when things go wrong on a project, and the principal doesn’t do anything about issues. The firm has no structure, workflow, standards, etc. and the company is very cheap and does not invest money into their staff. I make 65k with 4 yr experience. Should i leave?
