I typically give $500 to $1000, depending on my mood and her performance
Tip? Do you have EAs or waitresses?? Weird
This is why I feel so weird about it!!
I give $500 to my primary EA and $100 each to the other 3 supporting EA
Tip? No. Buy a holiday/end of year “thank you” gift card or present? Yes. I give a $100-$250 Amazon gift card depending on the EA and their level of support.

It’s not a tip - it’s a gift. Also curious what others give. I’ve been in the $500 range
$1000
I was a green band that used to have an EA. I tipped $50 Amazon gift card. I really miss her. She was amazing. Saved me 4+ hours every week of scheduling and other admin tasks. She was able to survive after Magnolia.
Partner, I give $500. My EA is awesome!

$500-1,000 depending on performance / how painful I have been.
I buy a thoughtful gift paired with a thoughtful gift card to an establishment where they would be able to see value. It’s not a “tip”.
Also around $1000-- but in the context of someone who I really think has done an excellent job.
That’s quite generous. How do you all Make use of your EA’s help? I don’t think I’m making best use of the help to justify a generous amount.
I give 1-2k depending on how well they did during the year. I also give cash gifts to all the junior business services staff on in my office.
