4 days at home. 1 day in the office - not (yet) mandatory but definitely noticed who is going in.
Agreed, nice that your company see the positive affects for doing that. I just see a lot of companies fighting against it hard which will possibly force the change to revert eventually
Fully remote, and will continue to be so in the near future!
Awesome!!
Remote right now but remember. You will need to come to office sooner or later. That’s why looking for for hybrid position is recommended
Why would they need to come to the office? More and more companies have distributed teams, not only across US, but across the world. So many companies will stay remote.
We just became hybrid two days a week 🙄
Fully remote still, and no prospect of going back, we're likely giving up our office space today and will have available space with a related company since nobody using it really. Team distributed all over the US too, so not going to be going back in it seems.
Ooh where?
I work from home. The market is awful right now, but work from home jobs still exist. Every job is painful to obtain right now though.
Fully remote but occasional travel to corporate if needed.
Hybrid - 2 remote, 3 in-office (don't get to pick WFH days)
Remote but hired remote. Rest of team is hybrid unless also hired remote.

4 days in office and remote Fridays. If we need to work from home more often we just ask our manager and he’s flexible. Last week I did 4 days work from home cause I wasn’t feeling the greatest.
Great flexibility!
We are fully remote
We are (sort of) required to go in 1 day a week. It's been more flexible with Summer considering kids are mostly home and folks are out on vacation.
That’s still pretty great!
Fully remote ! No prospect of even going back !
One more thing, we need to aware. Remote employees will be the first row to lay off when the lay off wave happened
I can assure you that is not the case. In the current market if you’re permitted to work remotely it’s because they want to retain you. I can see why you would make that assumption, but would argue that it’s not consistent with how things really operate.
