Best books on leadership and sales skills?
Finally found THE one, after over a year of searching and trying out at least 5 different ones!
A nice comfortable office chair.
https://ergochair.co/collections/chairs/products/ergonomics-mesh-chair-w-adjustable-headrest-and-armrest?variant=32511617597491
My criteria: mesh seat and back, arms, headrest
I tried cheap ones from Amazon. Expensive, second hand gaming chairs. Tried HM Aeron (second hand) and while I didn't like the bulk and the general design, I was sold on the mesh seating. I wanted to get the ErgoChair 2 from autonomous, but it doesn't have mesh seat.
AMA.
My portfolio is killing me. Help!!!!

No. It’s by the individual how they manage

Any environment with high standards and managers breeds micromanagement, it's not unique to consulting
That’s true thanks for clarifying
Agree with SM2. “Micromanaging” has a bad reputation, but the reality is constant follow ups ensures teams are staying focused and concerns are addressed immediately. Would you call a football coach a micromanager as he’s telling his team what to do after every play?
Anyone who says “I don’t micromanage” is really someone who doesn’t manage at all. It’s often a team that doesn’t need them as a manager or a junior resource stepping up to play the role of a manager
Quite the opposite - the already bad lifestyle would be way worse if I micromanaged.
