If I were a more organized and responsible adult, I would get my life together enough so that I could be a person who gets their stuff together the night before. But oh no, I find myself rushing around in the morning, trying to get ready, get the kids ready, make lunches, iron clothes, packing book bags, and laptop bags...

I guess I'm somewhere in the middle, I think about what I'm going to wear. But I don't actually make the final decision until morning. But when it comes to work material, if there's any work I happened to take home, I make sure that's ready to take. I don't want to be thinking about that in the morning.

Round or exact numbers on banners/LPs? I was curious about this since in negotiations for example or pricing it's better to have the exact number. But if you have a case study, for example, is it better to say "Client X increased their revenue to 1,000,000 ARR" instead of "Client X increased their revenue to 987,500 ARR" ? Anyone has seen any impact on conversion rates?

I am expecting an offer from Master Card for Senior Software Engineer position in O Fallon MO. Please let me know what kind of base salary I can expect with 11 yrs experience . I don’t wanna undersell but also trying to avoid being aggressive but quote a decent number which will be achievable. Any suggestions will be appreciated. Is 125k $ base a fair value for or I can pitch higher? They have a 15 to 20 % bonus on top of base pay and a 10% match on 401k which the recruiter keep highlighting.

waiting on a final written offer, messaged the recruiter yesterday but received an automatic reply stating she won’t be back until tomorrow. Email stated to reach out to another recruiter for immediate assistance so I did. I emailed her , she said these offers do take some days because of the Hr and HM has to sign it. Once that happens my recruiter should send me the offer. Either on the day she comes back, but by the end of the week. I am going stir crazy, I really hate my current job. Help…
