Do you know the pay rates of other people with the same role as you, for comparison? There aren't vacancies for my role very often, so I can't look for an internal job posting of my position as a reference. How are we supposed to know if we are fairly compensated?

I've been applying to jobs for months but every position wants at least 2yrs of experience in real estate transactions, usually way more. I'm at 1yr+ doing HOA/condo work but have had no opportunity to do real estate transactions like I expected. Seems like the only way to get the experience is to have nailed a big law gig right out of school and get put into that practice.
