Do you pick candidates purely based off how well they interview? I feel like it's easy to miss out on candidates that would be great for the role but don't interview as well. But I also have no idea what other metrics I could assess them by.

It becomes very overwhelming as the product that I am working on is in a early phase and I am expected to think about ui as well as ux and also design entire app on my own.There is no user interview or user testing happening as my project manager thinks it can be done after product is launched. Folks, need some advice here. I got my hike letter at Unilever and it looks like the hike is only on the basic salary (as per the letter) and not on entire fixed (basic + hra + other). I joined the company only last year and I'm trying to understand if this is the usual thing here. Why can't a placement agent combine or integrate the offering of interests in the sponsor's fund with the contemporaneous offering of interests in another fund?
