I am a graduating student who just got offered 65k for a solution analyst role at Deloitte USDC (Data Engineering Focus). From reading previous posts it seems to be a lot of negative thoughts surrounding the USDC, but straight out of college is this a good opportunity?
I'm looking to gain as much experience as possible out of college in an IT role and wondering what exit opportunities may be in place a year or two down the road if there is little/slow progression.
Any Advice?
PwC 🐠, I interviewed with the firm about 6 months ago for a Senior Associate position on the forensics team. I wasn’t extended an offer because the position was given to an internal transfer, at least what I was told. I tried reaching out to the recruiter I worked with last time but the email bounced back and wouldn’t be delivered. I was hoping to see / reapply if the group still was looking for seniors.
In your opinion, would it be best to reapply as a cold application?

"But I also have no idea what other metrics I could assess them by." Their prior work experience, qualifications and education. Interviewing is important, but it's not the only determinant in whether or not an offer is made. A candidate with an impressive resume isn't going to automatically be disqualified over a mediocre interview.

I dont necessarily agree. A resume can be easily faked so I expect a candidate to be able to speak to their resume and knowledge
