I was working for ad agency here in Minneapolis and they reached out to me on LinkedIn without a job description saying that they wanted a seasoned digital project manager which I am. I accepted the offer and started working for this agency and now 6 months in they are asking me also do Wireframes and Content planning together with a project manager role as their team is super small and they do not have dedicated ux/ui and seo members in place.I said that is not my part of the job and parted.

Over the last 12 months my role changed significantlu so in Jan I approached the CEO about a raise and promotion more in line with my work and he said yes - but not until until the end of Q1 when budgets are finalized. Covid hit and I was told all promotions and raises were put on hold. I never got a Q2 review bc my manager said the raise was up in the air still. But on Friday the CEO sent an email listing 17 promotions, not including me. Im meeting w my manager tomorrow but idk what to say.

I work in a warehouse as a lead and doing some interviews here in there for supervisor positions. I've been offered salary pay but with overtime I typically make more. I have been told I will be promoted but really want to figure out how to nail down a specific time frame/compensation with my manager.
