The short gigs I would probably leave off if you already have strong experience outside of those. If you did manage to get something relevant out of them, it might be worth it to put on. Would also say something that you are looking for the right cultural fit after those two long term roles.
A resume is not a laundry list--it's a marketing doc. Multiple recent short stints would give me pause.

No. Do not do that. It is OK to have a small gap in employment. Do not add jobs where you have only been there a short time. HR will read between those lines if they were jobs you were terminated with. Good luck.

Yes, you can put them as short term or temporary positions and then list them under that type of title. The short gigs tell an employer you are still available. Are you going permanent now or will you continue to do short term work as contract or temporary. You could always put this on your cover letter too. Just a suggesting.
