Do you think it's sad or a little weird when your coworkers come into your store or office when they're off? I would get it if they were shopping, but we have this guy who comes in and hangs out, or walks around on his days off. I mostly feel bad for him, but it is a little creepy as well.

So I’m charging jobs due to unforeseen situations to another company as a assistant manager and I wanted to know is it unprofessional to turn down a job after you already accepted the offer to take another companies offer if the pay is better by $5000-?

I am ready to transition my Salesmen to a base salary with commission to incentivize new hires & reward my long term guys. My industry is aftermarket auto parts. I am leaning towards a 2% commission but am flexible and just need help in figuring out salaries.
