Do you think people who don't change an organisation for like 10, 15y in India and still somehow reach from lower levels to higher are completely resistant to any change in life.

I always wonder how much hike they would have gotten by staying in same org. And if they are getting paid better than what is the strategy behind it?

Any expert advise or opinions would be great for larger audience. I feel many would have this question.

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?
