Do you think you can really evolve staying in one org and do you need to switch companies to gain perspective?

I used to think jumping ship was a bad sign but now i'm in an org where most people are 6+ years and its causing a siloed thought method. What style team do you prefer to work in?

Hi guys I am posting this again I have offer of almost same package from Accenture and IBM . Accenture offering is very slight more but that's not my key consideration. Which company is better in terms of job security, work life balance. That's the top most factor I am considering. Learning and project and latest niche technology is the other important factor after first 2 factors .

First 2 years for CSR is about to be over, and I’m looking at the value of the card against the annual fee. Combined with my other cards (Chase Freedom Unlimited & Flex) and deducting the $300 travel fee, the net benefit is $76. Is that enough to justify keeping the card? Hi Fishes.. i got offer letter from Infosys they didn't mention the annual CTC instead they mentioned it in monthly basis.. is it how Infosys share offer letter.. also i informed they my LWD is 20may but they gave joining date as 20 June.. how can i request them to change it to 23 or 24 th may... They have not mentioned about the JB they mentioned over call.. whom can i speak about these queries.. also does Infosys called back employes to office how the joining process would be??.. TIA...

I realized I've been a dummy for getting a job at a creative agency and not working on my portfolio. Most of the projects I've taken on, I've done so as a way to support others without taking much credit for it. Now, a better opportunity came along and I don't have anything to show for my talent as a designer. ALWAYS take credit for what you do, even if it's not your project to begin with.

Going from PR agency to a marketing role in-house, tips and advice pretty please!!!

DO YOU JUST ASSUME THE COST OF YOUR MARKETING ACTIVITIES? I am looking to allocate their cost in the marketing budget in a way that won't rely on several layers of assumptions. How do you reliably estimate the cost of different marketing activities (email, social, web, etc) when you don't have specific people or tools allocated to each function and costs are spread across many channels? Ads seems the easiest, but even then there's time and overheads... I've been looking for a reliable model.
