Do you work at a company that has cut DEI work? If so, how was it explained or announced - if at all?

The company I work at cut its DEI programming and have not said a thing about it. We had quarterly programming in 2023 but it was completely removed for budgetary reasons in 2024. Nothing was said of it. In my opinion, I’m ok with that because the work wasn’t the type that would have really impacted the company.
