I'm having total 7+ yoe (5+yrs embedded developer + 2yrs in FuSa automotive) Initially HCL have denied what I've expected for automotive FuSa and they have given an offer of 10LPA with a justification that my relevant experience is less, now I'm holding an offer of 18 LPA and asked HCL for a counter offer for the same position what do you guys think will HCL offer me this much?

First year here: if a plaintiff’s complaints consistently has the number of their paragraphs wrong (ie paragraph 10 followed by paragraph 15), should I answer the complaint with “sic” and correct it or should my answer use the same numbers as Plaintiff’s?

During interviews, I always find it difficult to determine if a firm is legit or if they are just putting on a show. I know that’s not unique but I always do research and it ends up being a gamble. What are questions you ask during an interview or things you look for to determine if the firm is a good place to work?

I joined fishbowl a month ago and while I’ve seen a couple contentious debates but I must say I’m pleasantly surprised at how respectfully ppl comment on this app even when disagreeing. Question: In Maryland, a limited liability S Corp shareholder can’t be sued individually but can they individually sue someone else on behalf of the corp? Or does an attorney for the Corp have to be the one to file suit? What abt in small claims court where lawyers aren’t even required?
